Students at Shanghai NANMO Model Private High School have a wealth of extracurricular activities, and basketball is an essential part of it. Teachers gather all the students who are passionate about playing basketball, and they form the Nanmo Basketball Team by trying out.
First of all, the basketball players will conduct professional physical fitness and strength training. These exercises can ensure that all players have enough physical strength during the game. This physical training includes, but is not limited to squats, running suicide, heel lifts, and half-squat jumps. Members can use these to practice their power, speed and muscular strength.

Except for physical training, most of the rest of the time, the basketball team will be divided into 2-3 teams to compete according to the number of players. In these games, the tacit understanding between the same team can be increased, and at the same time, one’s ability to predict can be exercised. Everyone can play to their greatest advantage in training and contribute their strength to the team.
